Thriller night
Halloween isn't much of an event in Europe.
If anything, most Europeans regard it as yet another attempt
by unworthy shop keepers to lighten our wallets just a little
bit more... But this year my perception has changed dramatically,
thanks to a Halloween party that rocked.
Not so long ago, we met Megan and Sean. Megan's
from Canada and being from North America, she is automatically
a Halloween authority so when she suggested to throw a party,
hey who are we to say no?
We decided our place would be best as it's a bit bigger than
theirs, and with the amount of furniture that we (don't) have,
you only have to move the table and you have space for 60
people...
The first time Halloween. I got competely
into it. Excited like a kid with a new toy.We were throwing
a party with pumpkins and vampires and gory drinks and blackness
and candles and smoke and spider webs and witches and all
the other good stuff!!
We got the works and decorated the place professional style.
There's a whole story either in my recent
journal or in the July-Dec 2006 archive once I create
it. Read it there, and enjoy the pictures here...
Read the full story at the entry for October
2006 (either in recent or
in the archives...)
